About Us
At Glendonite Psychology, we aim to assist individuals better understand their difficulties with reading, spelling, writing and maths. We do this by providing psycho-educational assessments for dyslexia and other learning difficulties.
Glendonite is a stone that has been transformed through changes in the environment in which it exists. The stone is associated with learning, discovery and understanding. Glendonite is said to support learning by helping to process information and thoughts in easy to understand terms. It is said to support awareness of behaviours that have become habits and offers choices of new patterns of behaviour to transform lives. It supports understanding of self by freeing the mind of fixed ideas, quietening inner dialogue and integrating emotions with input from the senses.
Our services are client centred and focussed on empowering the individual to set personal goals and the means to achieving these goals.
